ownership of any alternative healing modality mentioned unless otherwise stated. Alternative therapies are not intended to replace conventional medicine, seek the advice of your doctor if in any doubt.

Posts on social media are of our own musings and are intuitively what we believe to be true. They are not necessarily fact checked. It is your own choice whether or not to accept these musings as true.

The client agrees to participate, to the best of their ability, in their care and treatment. Further, the client understand that they have the right to voice any concerns to YOUR BEAUTIFUL MINDS, regarding the services received. 

YOUR BEAUTIFUL MINDS is commit to bring forward all our knowledge and expertise in accommodating and reaching your objectives with you, however YOUR BEAUTIFUL MINDS cannot promise the attainment of that objective as we are not in control of the progress, dedication and commitment from the clients end as well as the fact that everybody’s progress varies and results are diverse based on the situation at hand.

The client understand that the issues discussed during the course of my evaluation or therapy are confidential, meaning that information revealed will not be discussed or shared in any format with others without their knowledge and written consent. The clients records and the records will not be discussed or sent to without a signed authorization form. There are several important exceptions to this confidentially. 

In such cases, YOUR BEAUTIFUL MINDS, will discuss the situation with the client and share with them any information which is released, whenever possible. 

Payment is due at the time services are rendered or online for certain types of therapy before services are rendered. 

Any tardiness on the client’s part will be section from the session

It is important that client attend their scheduled session. Except in the case of illness or emergency, there will be a full payment charge for missed appointments which are not cancelled 48 hours prior to the session. 

If temporary financial problems arise, it is my responsibility to contact YOUR BEAUTIFUL MINDS, so that adequate payment plan may be arranged. If it should be necessary to turn my account over for collections, I herein agree to pay all collection-related costs.

Refunds are within a scope of assessment basis and YOUR BEAUTIFUL MINDS will review the situation & deduct the necessary fee before any agreement to refund. 

All sessions that have already been facilitated will not be refunded. Mentorships are refunded after deducting the cost of sessions received in full amount alongside a 25% admin fee. 

All Online Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

If for any reason YOUR BEAUTIFUL MINDS suspects a transfer, they have the right to revoke access to the course after discussion with you.
